The Evergreen Ballroom is their largest space which can be configured into a variety of ways and has a capacity for up to 200 guests. The outdoor patio overlooking the Northshore Mountains, can seat up to 250 guests for a wedding ceremony and is located on the 5th floor.

This is a beautifully-restored, 100-year-old schoolhouse that presents all the architectural grandeur of the early 1900s.
