We recommend booking as early as possible, typically 8-12 months in advance. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons. By booking early, you ensure that your date is secured and it also gives us ample time to plan and understand your unique story.

To start off, we’ll have a light meet and greet kick off call to get to know you and your partner and go over any initial questions. For example, we will ask you two about the overall vision for your wedding and your dream wedding film.
After securing your date, we’ll have a second call closer to the wedding, when timeline is a bit more solidified. This is more of a logistics and strategy chat, where we discuss the schedule together from a production perspective. Here we’ll gather more specific shot ideas that you’d like!
Of course, during the wedding planning process there may also be questions that pop up. Don’t hesitate to reach out or have your planner/day of co-ordinator loop us into comms! -
Absolutely! We encourage couples to share their music preferences with us. However, it's important to note that for copyright reasons, we can only use licensed music in our films. We have access to a vast library of licensed tracks and will work closely with you to select music that resonates with your story while ensuring it's legally compliant.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. Our team is experienced in handling various weather conditions and will make the necessary adjustments to ensure we capture your day beautifully. Whether it's rain, snow, or shine, we believe that every situation can be turned into a cinematic moment. If needed, we also have protective equipment to safeguard our gear from the elements.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering the final wedding film is 8-12 weeks. This allows us to carefully edit, color grade, and sound design your film to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you've opted for expedited editing or have specific deadlines, we can discuss a tailored timeline to meet your needs.

We do not release raw unedited footage. The raw files are unreleased because they do not represent our vision, and at times they are not viewable unless processed and decoded. Through curation, careful selection, edits and final presentation, we begin to create the end products that you may love and enjoy.
