The Garden Room is another banquet room with its own unique features, it has private patio access and can accommodate events of up to 75 attendees.

Room rentals start at $1500-$2200. The venue has minimum expenditures you’d have to meet depending on the date you choose (pricing is not by number of guests).

2. Morgan Creek Golf Course

Set against the stunning backdrop of the South Surrey landscape, Morgan Creek Golf Course offers a peaceful but luxurious outdoor setting for weddings. The venue boasts a beautiful ceremony site on the lawn, with a striking water feature and the golf course's rolling hills in the distance. The clubhouse, with its elegant reception space, ensures a seamless transition from ceremony to celebration.

Price range: The rental fee ranges from $2,500-$4,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hour of event time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to large events of more than 100 people. Additional set up hours and event hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr . A non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 of the rental fee is required to secure your date and goes towards your grand total.

3. Northview Golf & Country Club

The Northview Golf & Country Club boasts spectacular outdoor spaces for ceremonies and elegant indoor options for receptions, with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding landscapes.

This country club has both indoor and outdoor event spaces available to host to-be-weds’ special days. The luxurious Enchanted Garden provides wonderful outdoor scenery that allows for plenty of memorable photo opportunities. It includes a stunning gazebo and waterfalls, supplying an idyllic setting for couples to say “I do.” Receptions may be held in the banquet room, which features high ceilings, a welcoming ambience, and space for up to 200 people.

It also includes a dance floor, where guests can have fun (sometimes too much fun haha) dancing the night away while making all kinds of wedding memories.

Price range: The starting site fee for the wedding ceremony is $750. There is a food and beverage minimum depending on what night you are choosing.

4.  Beecher Place

Beecher Place is a beachfront venue that specializes in providing an inspiring setting with the versatility to host a variety of functions! The venue is right by the beach with spectacular unobstructed views and it’s a charming banquet hall located at 12160 Beecher St, known for its intimate setting and stunning views, making it an ideal choice for smaller weddings.

To book a private event at Beecher Place, a $200 non-refundable deposit will need to be placed to reserve your desired dates. If you’re planning to use this event venue for a wedding then deposits are 50% of the rental rate. The starting site fee for the wedding ceremony is $1,775 - $2,000 dollars.

5. Guildford Golf & Country Club

Guildford Golf and Country Club, nestled in the heart of Surrey, boasts a beautifully furnished banquet facility with dramatic views, equipped with capacity for any group. A full-service professional catering staff will pamper you with semi-formal to formal dining packages. Their excellent and newly renovated banquet facilities feature a dance floor, seating for up to 120 guests, and a gorgeous view overlooking our golf course.

6. Aria Banquet Hall & Convention Centre

With two large grand banquet halls at the Aria Banquet & Convention Centre, you won’t run out of space here. Aria boasts a modern, spacious venue with a stylish ambience. They offer a built in sound and lighting system, a wireless microphone system and a projector with surround sound. Parking is also very accessible.

Price range: The rental fee starts at $76/person for a reception depending on time of day, day of week, and season; please inquire directly with the venue. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time.

7. The Royal King Palace and Convention Center

The Royal King Palace Banquet Hall has a large, elegant foyer and also ample space if you have a large guest list. The style here is super elegant featuring a large crystal chandelier, wood paneling, crowning molding and custom designed carpeting through-out the hall.

Price range: The min wedding price per head $60-$70 and the max wedding price per head $200-$250

8.  London Heritage Farm

Now moving out of Surrey here are just two additional outdoorsy venue options. This one is in Richmond BC. London Heritage Farm is a great affordable option if you’re looking for a barnyard style wedding (they’re a non-profit). Offering a mix of rustic charm and historical elegance, London Heritage Farm provides a unique setting for weddings, with beautiful gardens and a classic farmhouse. The farmhouse is available for intimate events and for medium size weddings. The tea room can fit up to 25 people at tables or up to 50 for stand-up functions. The grounds, including the large South Lawn with Gazebo and West Lawn, are perfect outside locations for a wide variety of bigger events (50-250 people).

Price range: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the site rental cost is required to reserve the booking. Site Rental of Gazebo and South Lawn: $1,00.00 for the first 2 hours and $175.00 per hour thereafter.

Site Rental of Optional locations: The Lavender Garden: $500.00 for the first 2 hours and $ 100.00 per hour thereafter.

Spraggs Barn or Pond Bridge: $150.00 for 3 hours. Chair Rentals: $2.50 per chair. Round or Banquet Tables (3ft by 8ft): $ 15.00 per table. Tent Rental 10ft x 10ft: $60.00 each. Tent Rental 10ft x 20ft: $90.00 each.

9. Hitchin Post Weddings

Hitchin Post Weddings is located on the Leenstra Family Farm in Cloverdale, BC. Surrounded by the beauty of British Columbia, the venue is fitted with a unique and memorable stage for the ceremony location. It even has a water feature attached to bring a touch of elegance to the picturesque surroundings. There is enough space for lawn games, photo booths, dessert carts and anything else you could think of. Their statement red barn has a capacity for 120 guests and is ready to hold the reception as everyone dances the night away.

Bonus: Around the barn is a field filled with thousands of sunflowers that are kept neatly in rows to bring the perfect splash of colour and symmetry.
